Learning to meditate is a unique and individual experience. Classes are kept purposefully small usually under 10 students. The small class size gives time for questions and individual help with specifics such as finding a comfortable sitting position, how to locate a time and place to meditate, quieting the busy mind, and sustaining a practice.
